Mon-Thu $250 a night per couple.
Fri-Sun $300 a night per couple - minimum stay 2 nights.
Weekly $1,400 (7 nights)

* Use of 2nd bedroom add $75 per stay.
* Long Weekends & Easter – min. stay 3 nights. Book 4 nights - get 4th night HALF PRICE.

Booking Conditions.

To secure a Booking a 50% Deposit is required.
Final payment must be received 10 days prior to the commencement of the stay - following which key collection and directions will be forwarded.

Cancellation:

4 weeks before holiday - 100% refund of Deposit.
3 weeks before holiday - 50% refund of Deposit.
2 weeks before holiday - 25% refund of Deposit.
1 week before holiday - no refund of Deposit.

NB: If we succeed in re-booking Arinya following your cancellation, a full refund will be given.
